Morgan McKelvey brings an earnest passion for space industry advancement to her role as Director of Operations. With a background in human development, she found her niche in the space industry shortly after graduation, joining the ACSP team in March 2023. She is known for her pragmatic approach and dedication to fostering connections, as well as her knack for organizational structure, creative problem-solving, and genuine empathy.

Morgan leads initiatives to support newcomers to the space industry and guide students through their aerospace journey. She serves as the Managing Editor of the ACSP Newsletter and Editor-in-Chief of Student Publications, ensuring that member voices are heard and accurately represented. As Chair of ACSP's Student Advisory Board, Morgan advocates for student interests and facilitates meaningful dialogue between students and the organization. A native of Texas, Morgan lives with her husband, daughter, and a menagerie of animal companions.
